Frequently asked questions
You can expect a reply to any correspondance within 24-48 hours of any message sent via SMS, email or the contact form. If you have an urgent enquiry you can send a voice message to the contact number with a description of your siuation, name and contact details and we will return your call shortly.
We provide support for all devices regardless of brand or operating system. While we are able to work with Apple IOS devices, we do not provide hardware repairs outside of basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Depending on the issue presented we will still inform you of the best solutions to repair your device and reccommend a 3rd party we have worked with in the past to amend it.
AshBee technology is run out of a private studio for its operations that is not open for public access.
